Since we do custom programs, what we like to do first is set up a call to go over exactly what you’re struggling with, what your goal is, and then figure out a gameplan to get you there. Either way you’ll leave the call with a plan of attack.

Before you apply, please know that this is not a cheap program. I can't give you a full custom fitness package with seminary-level Catholic theology training from priests, live calls with myself, and access to dozens of hours of course material on fitness, mindset, and theology, several months to a year of mentorship for $50/month. This isn't a generic course with "coaching calls" that have 200 people on them where you can't get any actual help.

That said, I have several payment plans available to make it easier! But please only apply if you have money to invest.
