What is Included In Your Coaching Plan?
The Based and Built program is designed to help men improve their bodies as well as their minds. We believe that physical, mental, and emotional strength are mutually supportive of one another. Our standard coaching plan includes the following items:

Personalized habit journal suited to your goals

One-on-one in-person progress meeting twice a week

Workouts together at least once a week for accountability
